SQM Reporting

Measure the work behind a real meeting.

Connect campaign activity to qualified meetings. SQM helps you ask which campaigns use your sending volume most effectively.

Sends per qualified meeting

How it works.

01

Define qualification

Agree on the account fit, role, and meeting criteria that matter to your team.

02

Align the data

Use a consistent send cohort, attribution rule, and observation window for each comparison.

03

Compare outcomes

Review sends per qualified meeting alongside volume, conversation quality, and downstream outcomes.

The methodology

A clear ratio. A consistent definition.

Sends per qualified meetingEmails sent ÷ qualified meetingsUse the same attributed campaign cohort and observation window.

Illustrative example

30,000 emails sent and 60 qualified meetings gives an SQM of 500. At the same send volume, 75 qualified meetings gives an SQM of 400. These are hypothetical numbers, not customer results.

Define the denominator

Agree on account fit, role, and meeting criteria. A booked call is only counted as qualified if it meets those criteria. Document how duplicates, cancellations, and reschedules are handled.

Compare like with like: use a consistent reporting window and allow time for later replies and bookings. Show send volume and meeting count beside the ratio. No qualified meetings means the ratio is undefined, not zero.

This is a measurement framework. Confirm the product’s current attribution and qualification configuration with the team.

What it brings to your workflow.

Campaign-level visibility

Look beyond reply counts to understand the relationship between activity and meetings.

A common definition

Keep the qualification rule stable so campaign comparisons describe the same outcome.

Context for decisions

Pair efficiency with sample size and timing before deciding where to focus your next campaign iteration.

Your team stays in the picture.
